The cost of a nursery meal is currently £2.00. Our preferred method of payment is via the SchoolGrid Parent Portal, which provides a cashless payment function, using a debit card. Please see our SchoolGrid Parent Portal page for further details.
Don’t forget, the Universal Infant Free School Meal scheme (UIFSM) means there is no cost for school-aged children. To check your eligibility or make an application for Free School Meals please visit the Shropshire Council Free School Meals webpage. The school will be automatically notified of any successful applications.
Allergy Information
From 13th December 2014, the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulations came into force. These European Rules will be enforced in the UK by the Food Information regulations 2014.
The EU lists 14 allergens that need to be identified if they are used as ingredients in a dish. This means that food business will now need to provide information about allergenic ingredients used in foods sold or provided by them.
We strongly recommend that any parents of pupils with allergies or intolerances contact the school kitchen to arrange a meeting to discuss their specific requirements.
